You’ll step into a Head of HR role with the chance to deliver people strategies, complete people projects, guide leaders, and keep things running smoothly while our current HR leader heads off on maternity leave from January.
What you’ll be doing
- Ultimately leading in the delivery of the 2026 People Roadmap (crafted by our current Head of HR) and ensuring the People Team continue to develop and act as a key strategic partner to the business.
- Be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team on all things HR/people.
- Support and coach our managers alongside our brilliant Junior HRBP.
- Lead on strategic people initiatives/projects that align with business goals and growth plans.
- Partner with our US-based HRBP to ensure alignment on global people initiatives and provide support where needed across regions.
- Own and deliver HR projects that strengthen our culture and foundations for scale.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law, and best practice.
- Oversee payroll sign-off and maintain smooth partnerships with benefits and pension providers.
- Champion employee voice and engagement initiatives — turning insights into real, meaningful change.
- Partner with our EOR to support employment across EMEA and APAC.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest HR trends — especially in AI, tech, and automation — and help us use smarter tools for higher-impact work.
- Own HR OKR reporting and performance review processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability.
- (And of course, you’ll know HR well enough to know you’ll need to be there for whatever else pops up in our fast-moving, people-centric world!)
What you’ll bring
- Significant experience as a strong HRBP or Head of HR, ideally within a scaling or fast-paced environment.
- Ideally with minimum CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management.
- Experience with HiBob hugely beneficial.
- Strong UK employment law knowledge (US/international experience is a plus).
- Strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach.
- Confidence influencing and coaching senior leaders.
- A passion for people, culture, and creating a great employee experience.
