The FP&A Manager supports the Head of Finance and senior leadership by owning the preparation, accuracy, and analysis of financial and operational reporting. The role is execution-focused, highly analytical, and provides board- and PE-grade outputs while strategic ownership and leadership accountability sit with the Head of Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and update annual budgets and rolling forecasts under CFO direction. Maintain models covering revenue, churn, LTV/LTR, margins, utilisation, headcount and costs. Ensure consistency of assumptions, FX rates and COA mapping. Prepare scenario and sensitivity analysis to support CFO-led decisions.
- Management & KPI Reporting: Own production of monthly FP&A reporting packs with variance and trend analysis. Maintain KPI packs, margin files, utilisation and billable FTE reporting. Reconcile data across Salesforce, QBO and FP&A tools. Troubleshoot formulas, integrations and data issues.
- Board, Investor & PE Support: Prepare financial analysis and supporting schedules for board and PE requests. Support EBITDA bridge analysis, cash reporting and performance deep dives. Ensure all outputs are accurate, consistent and PE-grade.
- Commercial & Stakeholder Analysis: Provide analytical support to Sales, Delivery, Marketing and HR and Sales Recruiting. Support comp plan modelling, pricing analysis and workforce reporting. Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from senior stakeholders.
- Cash Forecasting & Close Support: Maintain the weekly cash forecast. Support month-end close with variance and reconciliation reviews. Assist with audit preparation and lender information requests.
- Systems & Process Discipline: Maintain FP&A infrastructure including DataRails models and reporting packs. Support automation, documentation and process improvements. Ensure outputs are audit-ready and repeatable.
- 5β10 years FP&A experience, ideally in PE-backed, SaaS or services environments.
- Advanced Excel modelling capability.
- Strong commercial and analytical judgement.
- Competitive salary in the region of Β£50,000 - Β£60,000 per annum.
