Mid-Market Account Executive (EMEA)
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in office (flexible for client-facing workdays)

They recently restructured from a company-based to a regional model to better serve EMEA customers. With a new VP of EMEA from a top-tier social platform and renewed focus on mid-market success, this is a prime time to join their commercial expansion.

What You’ll Do:
- Own the full-cycle sales process for EMEA-based mid-market clients
- Manage pipeline and close deals with ACVs between £20K–£100K
- Drive discovery, present value props, and deliver consultative demos
- Collaborate with internal Sales Ops and RevOps teams to ensure clean deal terms
- Engage in regional travel as needed to meet customers (counted as office days)
- Represent the brand in panel interviews and presentations for top clients
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4–6+ years of SaaS AE experience, ideally selling into EMEA mid-market
- Experience in financial services, accounting tech, or small business enablement a plus
- Comfort selling across different buyer personas, often with extended sales cycles ~45 days
- Prior success operating in a matrixed org with multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM tools and virtual sales environments
- Base up to £70K with 60/40 split (OTE ~£113K+ with accelerators)
- Commission accelerators for exceeding quota (top reps earning 3x base)
