What you’ll do
- Greet shoppers, start friendly conversations, and turn browsers into buyers
- Ask a few quick questions (who’s it for? occasion?), recommend the right size/style, and close the sale
- Demo how our photo-to-wood process works and explain options & add-ons
- Take payments (POS), keep the kiosk tidy, restock, and hit daily targets
- Handle small issues with empathy and offer quick solutions (e.g., reprint/adjust)
You’ll be great at this if you…
- Are confident talking to anyone—clear, friendly and upbeat
- Have sales instincts (discover needs → recommend → close)
- Stay calm when it’s busy and enjoy high footfall
- Are reliable, on time, and team-minded
- Retail/events/hospitality sales experience helps—but attitude beats CV
- Have previous experience with Photoshop (Not a requirement but is beneficial)
Schedule & logistics
- Shifts: flexible, weekdays and weekends/holidays (peak retail)
- Start date: ASAP
- Work location: in-person at our kiosk in Westfield Stratford
- You’ll be on your feet most of the shift
Pay & engagement
- Base hourly rate + uncapped commission + performance bonuses
- Self-employed contractor (you invoice, we provide kiosk, equipment, and training)
