We deliver strategy-led, 360Β° communications spanning press & influencer, social & content, and digital marketing for brands including GAIL's, Pizza Pilgrims, Roti King, Donutelier and The Pig Hotels.
We're looking for a talented Videographer to join our growing Social & Creative team β someone who shoots and edits high-resolution, premium content and understands how that work performs across social platforms. Photography skills are a real bonus, but this is primarily a videography-led role. It's a hands-on, visually-led position that plays a central role in defining the creative standard of the agency and the brands we represent. You'll own content production across multiple client accounts, working with freedom and responsibility in equal measure.
What a Typical Week Looks Like
- Shooting premium content across London's leading restaurants, bars and hotels
- Editing and delivering social-first assets at pace, using both traditional and AI-powered tools
- Collaborating with the social team on campaign ideas and content calendars
- Leading or supporting larger shoots alongside creators and production teams
- Spotting visual and cultural trends, and translating them into brand-relevant content
- Reviewing content performance and refining creative output accordingly
The Role in Detail
Concept & Production
- Develop visually-led content ideas aligned with brand and campaign objectives, contributing to creative direction across accounts
- Capture high-resolution videography (and photography where applicable) with a strong eye for lighting, composition and premium finish
Post-Production
- Own the full editing process β colour grading, sound, pacing and formatting β delivering polished, platform-ready assets
- Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro essential; After Effects a plus), CapCut or equivalent required
Social-First Thinking
- Translate content into platform-specific formats with a strong understanding of hooks, covers, thumbnails and how creative choices drive performance on Instagram and TikTok
- Use platform insights and performance data to refine content and inform future creative direction
Client & Creative Leadership
- Lead larger campaign shoots from mood boarding and briefing through to on-site direction and delivery
- Act as a key day-to-day creative contact for clients: presenting ideas, leading conversations, responding to feedback
Trend & AI Awareness
- Stay ahead of visual, cultural and platform trends within hospitality and lifestyle
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ideation, streamline editing workflows and maintain quality at pace
360 Integration
- Work with the broader team to deliver content that complements the full marketing mix β from PR campaigns to digital. Knowledge of content optimised for paid campaigns is an advantage
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently high-quality, brand-ready visual content delivered across multiple clients
- A measurable elevation of the agency's overall creative standard
- Projects owned concept-to-delivery with minimal oversight
- Content that doesn't just look exceptional β it drives engagement and results
- You become a trusted creative partner to both internal teams and clients
What We're Looking For
- 2β5 years' experience in content creation with a strong portfolio of high-resolution videography (photography a plus)
- Proven experience shooting in hospitality, food, drink or lifestyle environments preferred
- Strong technical skills across camera equipment, lighting and editing workflows
- Advanced editing in Premiere Pro (essential); After Effects or motion skills a plus
- Deep understanding of how content performs on Instagram and TikTok
- Ability to balance high-production work with reactive, lo-fi social content when the brief calls for it
- Comfort with AI tools for content creation, editing or workflow efficiency
- Equally at home leading a shoot solo and working within a wider team
- At ease in a fast-paced, client-facing environment managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Genuine passion for hospitality, food, drink and culture
