The Role

As a Fragrance Expert representing Floraïku Paris within Harrods, you will embody the values and spirit of this exclusive niche fragrance brand. Your mission is to create memorable, personalised experiences for each client — guiding them through the world of Floraïku with passion, elegance, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and embody the values, heritage, and aesthetic of Floraïku Paris at all times.
• Deliver exceptional, bespoke client experiences while upholding Retail Excellence standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with VIP clients, fragrance connoisseurs, and loyal clientele through CRM engagement.
• Handle client inquiries and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and care.
• Drive sales and exceed objectives through strategic clienteling and expert product knowledge.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to support continuous growth and performance improvement.
• Welcome and host influencers and key guests, offering a distinctive, luxury brand experience.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock control, inventory checks, and merchandising.
• Ensure all counters and displays reflect the brand’s visual identity and are impeccably maintained.
• Collaborate with your line manager to support team excellence and a harmonious working environment.

What we are looking for in our next team member

• Passionate about luxury retail and the world of fine fragrance.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client‑first mindset.
• Elegant, proactive, detail‑oriented, and an inspiring team player.
• Organised, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or perfumery is highly desirable.
