We are looking for a decisive and hands-on Product Flow Lead to take ownership of how product moves through the business, from procurement through to dispatch, across Memento Exclusives and its partner brands including F1 Authentics, MotoGP Authentics, and UFC Collectibles.
You will map how product moves today, design how it should move, and deliver the change. The role covers procurement, production, merchandising, picking, packing and dispatch, together with the systems and data that sit behind them.
This role is ideal for someone who has redesigned a physical product flow before and seen it through to implementation. You will work closely with the AI and Growth team, who provide the automation tooling, and you will own how the flow works rather than negotiate it function by function.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product flow across procurement, production, merchandising, picking, packing and dispatch
- Produce and maintain a single agreed map of how product moves today, published and dated
- Design the target-state flow, chosen for cost and simplicity, with trade-offs clearly stated
- Deliver the changes, specifying what should be automated and working with the AI and Growth team to implement it
- Establish one consistent definition of each order type across Orderwise and the sales tracker so that reporting reconciles
- Remove the quality control bottleneck, assessing sampling, third-party inspection and camera-based inspection
- Introduce automated stock replenishment triggered by stock level rather than manual review
- Measure and report the cost impact of each change using system data rather than estimate
- Work with Products, Licensing, Merchandising and Marketing to confirm genuine operational constraints
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience owning a physical product or supply chain process end to end, in-house
- Demonstrable experience of redesigning a process and seeing it implemented, rather than advising on one
- Strong understanding of procurement, stock control, third-party logistics and fulfilment
- Confident specifying automation requirements and working alongside AI and technical teams
- Strong Excel skills for analysis and cost modelling
- Able to hold a decision under challenge and communicate it clearly across functions
- Comfortable working across warehouse, production and office environments in the same week
- Experience with Orderwise or a comparable ERP or stock control system
- Familiarity with third-party logistics and international distribution
- Experience introducing automated replenishment or demand forecasting
- Exposure to quality control processes, including vision-based inspection
- Interest in motorsport, collectibles, or premium consumer products
