The successful candidate requires a minimum of 2 yearsβ experience with proven competence in Painting and Bodyshop preparations, with high-quality precision components from composites to automotive. Flexibility in working hours and effective communication skills with production and managerial staff are essential, along with behaviours to be self-motivated and disciplined in their approach in the excelling environment.
Key Accountabilities & Duties
- Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of Paint work and bodywork preparations.
- Day-to-day running and identifying potential problems in manufacturing of components to maximise performance and efficiencies.
- Identifying areas for improvements in the manufacturing facilities whilst working safely to the latest health and safety requirements.
