We are currently looking for an experienced Number 1 Race Mechanic working within the Motorsport or automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional, forward thinking, and positive approach to managing all aspects of Ex-F1 Race Car strips/re-builds, and workshop activities. Great communicator with a can do attitude and confidence under minimal supervision with strong attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and present Show Cars in line with the company instructions.
- Deliver car build requirements in accordance with build schedules.
- Ability to actively seek solutions to problems.
- Work in collaboration with the Build Manager ensuring all workshop standards are met, lessons learned, first time right mindset.
- Support Build Manager with Health & Safety compliance, ensuring workforce comply and follow standards.
- Ensure that the facility is run efficiently to the highest standards.
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Experience working in a Motorsport or automotive environment.
