With headquarters in Northamptonshire, our operation spans licensing, product design, sourcing, manufacturing, and experience delivery, setting the standard for quality and authenticity in motorsport memorabilia worldwide.

Role Overview: The Midweight Industrial Designer is a core contributor within the Product Design Team, responsible for developing accurate, manufacturable CAD, detailed drawings, and technical documentation across a wide range of engineered and experiential products. This role blends strong practical design skills with solid engineering awareness, ensuring every product is visually refined, technically robust, and ready for manufacture and assembly. As a midweight, you will be trusted with your own projects and design tasks, while collaborating closely with senior designers and supporting junior members of the team. • CAD Modelling & Technical Output: Produce accurate CAD models, assemblies, surfaces, and detailed production components. Develop, and submit engineering drawings, tolerances, BOMs, and supplier ready documentation. Prepare exploded views, assembly instructions, and supporting technical documentation.
  • DFM Application: Apply DFM principles to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and repeatable. Consider the implications of tolerances, material selection, part geometry, and production workflows. Work with manufacturing and procurement teams to refine designs for cost, quality, and ease of assembly.
  • Team Contribution: Support senior designers with critical project tasks and technical development. Provide informal guidance to junior designers when appropriate. Maintain high standards of CAD organisation, revision control, and communication.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Consultants, Procurement, Manufacturing, Licensing, and Creative teams to ensure aligned, high quality outcomes. Support prototype builds and first offs by responding to real world challenges quickly and constructively.

Key Deliverables & KPIs:

  • High quality CAD and drawing outputs delivered to timelines.
  • Accurate, manufacturable designs requiring minimal revision during prototype and production phases.
  • Effective teamwork and communication with wider departments.
