We are looking for a talented, results-oriented, and highly motivated individual to join our Inside Sales team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our sales targets and overall company success directly.

We seek a talented and experienced account executive for the EMEA mid-market at MEMCYCO. As an account executive, you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle. MEMCYCO, a fast-growing company founded in 2021, is a leading provider of real-time detection and protection against digital impersonation fraud, and eliminates its implications on organisations.

Responsibilities
  • Research, identify, and generate new opportunities regularly while selling MEMCYCO’s solutions with a consultative approach in a high-energy environment.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Strategically navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices.
  • Cool to VP & C-level executives, navigating through multiple decision-makers in large complex organisations.
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales quota.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organised, optimistic, and coachable.
  • Learn, embrace, and implement multiple sales strategies and methodologies to be successful.
  • Bring competitive energy while collaborating with peers.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Academic degree or equivalent.
  • 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle sales and prior experience closing deals.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages a strong advantage.
  • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • Ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients.
  • CRM and sales tool experience.
  • Demonstrated success and consistency in achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who can drive sales success.
  • Any cybersecurity experience is a huge plus.
