We are working with an inclusive communication charity to appoint a Head of Human Resources at an exciting point in its continued growth.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced HR leader to shape the people strategy of a purpose-driven organisation where culture, inclusion and employee experience genuinely matter.
Working closely with the CEO, you'll combine strategic organisational development with hands-on leadership of the full people function.
You'll have the opportunity to
- Lead and implement a People & OD strategy that supports organisational growth and long-term capability.
- Strengthen leadership and management capability through coaching, performance and development initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee core HR operations including employee relations, recruitment, policies and people processes.
- Provide trusted advice and constructive challenge to senior leaders and contribute to Board-level people discussions.
- Shape workforce planning, succession, learning and organisational change across the charity.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being both strategic and operational.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in charities, professional membership organisations, education, healthcare, disability or other values-led environments, although comparable sector experience will also be considered.
