We’re delighted to be working with the Healthcare Infection Society (HIS) to recruit a Senior Systems & CRM Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how the organisation uses data, systems and digital platforms to support its members and future growth. This is a senior, hands-on systems leadership role in a respected membership organisation at an exciting point in its development. You’ll lead the strategic direction and day-to-day performance of HIS’s core systems, including CRM, LMS, website integrations and finance systems, while exploring how automation, AI and data insight can enhance member experience and organisational effectiveness.

Location: Hybrid - Bloomsbury, London (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in office)

Contract: 18-month FTC (with potential to become permanent)

Salary: c£50,000 (dependent on experience)

Benefits: 30 days annual leave + Christmas closure, generous pension (up to 7%), flexible working, training budget and wellbeing support

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Owning and optimising the organisation’s data & CRM ecosystem
  • Leading systems integration across CRM, LMS, finance and website platforms
  • Strengthening reporting, dashboards and data governance
  • Supporting membership model changes and digital delivery
  • Advising senior leadership on systems strategy, automation and AI opportunities

Qualifications & Experience: We’re looking for someone with significant SYSTEMS & CRM ownership experience, strong systems thinking, and the confidence to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
