Working closely with senior leaders across finance, membership, education and operational teams, you will help translate financial and operational information into meaningful insight that supports both day-to-day management and long-term strategic planning.

You will be responsible for producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting information, monitoring performance against key objectives, and providing analysis that helps identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement. Equally important will be your ability to engage with stakeholders, understand business challenges, gather requirements and develop reporting that enables better decision-making.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between finance, data and operational teams, helping to improve processes, strengthen performance measurement and support a culture of evidence-based decision-making throughout the organisation.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges
  • The ability to translate data into practical recommendations and business outcomes
  • Experience developing management information, KPIs and performance reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and organisational performance
  • Experience with Power BI, dashboard development or business intelligence tools would be highly advantageous
