We’re looking for a skilled Community Support / Member Coordinator to join a non-profit purpose-driven creative arts organisation, focused on delivering an outstanding member experience at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for a community / membership professional who understands the full member journey, from onboarding through to retention, and is passionate about improving service, engagement and long-term value. You’ll take a data-informed approach to enhancing the member experience, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and personalised.
Key responsibilities:
- Optimise the end-to-end member journey, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention and engagement
- Support member onboarding, renewals and win-back activity
- Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted campaigns
- Analyse membership data and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to enhance member communications and touchpoints
- Act as a key contact for member queries, ensuring a high standard of service and timely resolution
About you:
- Proven experience in a membership engagement-focused role
- Strong understanding of member lifecycle management and retention strategies
- Confident using CRM systems and interpreting data to drive improvements
