Are you a highly organised and detail-driven coordinator looking for your next short-term opportunity? We are recruiting for an Interim Research Coordinator to support a busy Research and Publishing team within a respected organisation in the life sciences space. This is a fantastic 4–6 week role where you’ll play a key part in keeping high-priority projects on track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with document management, contract formatting, and meeting organisation
  • Liaising with stakeholders on abstract submissions and data sharing agreements
  • Monitoring inboxes and following up on external communications, especially with pharmaceutical partners
  • Helping ensure the smooth delivery of day-to-day admin across the team

What we’re looking for:

  • A background or qualification in the Sciences
  • Proven experience in a coordination or project role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Comfortable working with scientific/technical information
  • Account management experience or experience from a pharma background (desirable)
