We’re delighted to be working with the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) to recruit an Education Team Coordinator to join their friendly, high-performing Education team. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced coordinator or senior administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, supporting others, and working in an organisation that genuinely improves education, professional standards and patient outcomes.
Reporting to the Education Manager, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across BAD’s Education team and the British College of Dermatology (BCD). You’ll be at the heart of the team, coordinating meetings, supporting committees and working groups, managing enquiries, and helping deliver a busy programme of in-person and online education events.
- Coordinating the administration of the Education department
- Managing databases and inboxes, responding to member and stakeholder enquiries
- Coordinating monthly in-person and online education events (from planning to post-event admin)
- Strong proofreading and document-production ability
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience in a professional body, membership organisation, medical or academic environment would be welcomed but is not essential.
