The European Society for Paediatric Endocrinology (ESPE) is the leading international organisation dedicated to improving the care of children and young people with endocrine disorders through education, research and clinical excellence.
We're looking for an experienced Education & Training Manager to lead and develop ESPE's ambitious education portfolio, helping to position the Society as the global leader in paediatric endocrinology education. This is a pivotal, new role where you'll work closely with senior clinicians, international committees and volunteers to deliver a high-quality programme of educational activities, including academies, schools, webinars, podcasts, e-learning and Annual Meeting content. You'll play a key role in shaping ESPE's Education & Training Programme, driving innovation, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring learners benefit from a coherent, career-long learning pathway.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience managing education, learning or training programmes
- Experience within a membership organisation, charity, healthcare, scientific or higher education environment
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside committees, volunteers and subject matter experts
- Experience delivering learning across face-to-face, virtual and digital platforms
- Knowledge of CPD, accreditation or professional learning frameworks
- Excellent organisational, communication and budget management skills
