We’re looking for a skilled Membership Coordinator to join a purpose-driven organisation, focused on delivering an outstanding member experience at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for a membership professional who understands the full member journey, from onboarding through to retention, and is passionate about improving service, engagement and long-term value. You’ll take a data-informed approach to enhancing the member experience, ensuring communications are relevant, timely and personalised.

Key responsibilities:

  • Optimise the end-to-end member journey, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction, retention and engagement
  • Support member onboarding, renewals and win-back activity
  • Use CRM systems to segment audiences and deliver targeted campaigns
