About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to both the Regulatory Policy Team and Member Relations. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys coordinating activities, and is committed to delivering high‑quality support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central point of contact for both teams, managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating with venues, and maintaining appointment schedules.
- Support the administration of multiple committees and working groups, including CRM updates, scheduling meetings, and preparing and distributing agendas and papers.
- Assist Member Relations with the preparation of internal and external reports.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and produce associated reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel packs, including itineraries and relevant meeting summaries.
- Collate and process expenses.
- Provide logistical support for organisation‑hosted events in London, including occasional evening commitments.
- Provide cover for the Executive Assistant/Office Manager when required.
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Confident using CRM platforms.
- Strong organisational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, flexible approach with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
- High levels of tact, discretion, and diplomacy.
