I'm delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established professional membership organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where you'll have genuine autonomy, a broad remit and the chance to make a visible impact across both membership and marketing.

Reporting to the Membership Director, you'll play a key role in delivering membership engagement and retention initiatives, developing creative marketing campaigns and helping to enhance the overall member experience. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll enjoy balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery. One day you could be planning a membership campaign or analysing engagement data; the next you'll be creating marketing content, managing digital communications or identifying opportunities to improve processes and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Growing and engaging membership
  • Delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns
  • Managing digital channels, website content and email marketing
  • Supporting the development of membership services and systems
  • Using insight and data to improve member engagement and performance
  • Working collaboratively across the organisation to deliver continuous improvements

We're keen to hear from candidates with experience in:

  • Membership organisations, professional bodies, trade associations or similar
  • Marketing, communications or membership engagement
  • Digital marketing, website content management and email marketing
  • CRM or membership databases
  • Delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Improving processes and embracing change

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a smaller organisation where they can take ownership, contribute ideas and see the direct impact of their work. In return, you'll enjoy hybrid and flexible working, a supportive environment and the opportunity to broaden your experience within a respected membership organisation.
