Our client, a prestigious membership organisation is looking for a highly organised and customer focused Membership Support Assistant to join our busy Membership Services team on a six-month fixed term basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service, managing administrative processes, and supporting members through key stages of their professional journey. As a first point of contact for members and customers, you will play an important role in delivering a responsive, accurate and professional service while helping to ensure a positive membership experience. The role requires a minimum of three days per week in the office due to the hands on nature of membership administration and certificate processing.
About the Role
- Respond to enquiries from members, customers and the public via telephone and email.
- Support membership subscription and renewal processes.
- Process membership payments and maintain accurate member records.
- Produce and coordinate the distribution of membership certificates and examination diplomas.
- Assist with membership communications, notifications and reminders.
- Update and maintain records within membership databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure membership administration processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with colleagues to identify and resolve member queries and service issues.
- Provide wider administrative support to the team as required.
About You
You will be a proactive administrator with a passion for delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Essential Requirements
- Previous administration experience.

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
