This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced relationship-builder to step into a high-profile, strategic and outward-facing role .

The Role

This role plays a central part in shaping the organisation’s external voice, member experience and sector impact. As Membership & Stakeholder Engagement Manager , you will:

• Lead the organisation’s stakeholder engagement strategy
• Build and maintain high-value relationships across member firms, industry bodies, regulators, education and government
• Drive membership retention and growth, supporting a best-in‑class member journey
• Manage meetings, events, insight sessions and engagement activity
• Create compelling thought‑leadership content in collaboration with communications colleagues
• Contribute to strategic planning across membership development, insights and stakeholder programmes
• Represent the organisation at sector events, roundtables and external meetings

This is a role for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and strategic. Someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders and bringing people together around a shared mission.

About You

You will bring:

• Strong experience in membership, stakeholder engagement, partnerships or account management
• Ability to engage credibly with senior leaders across diverse organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting impactful content and presenting
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and strong organisational skills
• Experience working with government, education, professional bodies or skills/talent‑related themes is desirable (but not essential)
• Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with internal teams
