Our client, an international membership company with offices in London, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Member Experience & Growth Manager to drive member experience.

The Role of Member Experience & Growth Manager

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and genuinely cares about building a strong, connected community. Acting as the local face of the business, you’ll be responsible for engaging members, supporting operations, and delivering a seamless leasing journey for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community
    • Build strong relationships with members and act as their main point of contact
    • Plan and host events that foster a sense of belonging and community
    • Manage feedback and satisfaction metrics
    • Represent the organisation’s values on the ground with warmth and care
  • Sales & Leasing
    • Lead the full leasing process from enquiry to move-in
    • Conduct property tours and handle incoming leads
    • Achieve occupancy targets and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members
  • Operations
    • Coordinate property maintenance via internal systems and tools
    • Conduct regular site visits and support the opening of new homes
    • Work with internal teams to ensure operational excellence

Essential Criteria

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Experience using CRM systems or a willingness to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in property, community management, real estate, or customer success
