Part-Time Marketing & Communications Generalist in West Midlands. Immediate start on a 3-month temporary contract, 2-3 days a week, £20-£30ph.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional with strong analytical capability to support targeted communications and member engagement activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage data segmentation to optimise targeted communications
  • Develop and deliver membership communication strategies
  • Support marketing campaigns, using analytics to measure effectiveness and optimise performance
  • Create engaging content across multiple communication channels
  • Monitor campaign performance and member engagement using analytics tools
  • Ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organisational objectives
  • Provide general support across marketing and communications functions
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally within a membership or professional body
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using data segmentation and marketing automation tools
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Available for an immediate start
