Role Overview: A detail‑oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners.
- Manage post‑exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results.
- Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals.
- Assist in organising professional development events.
- Prepare reports on exam processes and results.
- Continuously improve internal processes and services.
Qualifications
- GCSEs including English and Maths
- Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.
