We're recruiting on behalf of a leading UK professional membership organisation seeking an experienced Commercial & Partnerships Director to drive commercial growth, develop strategic partnerships and lead high-performing teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the organisation's commercial growth strategy.
  • Drive sustainable revenue across membership, partnerships, training and commercial services.
  • Develop new commercial partnerships and income streams.
  • Enhance customer and member value propositions.
  • Lead, inspire and develop multidisciplinary teams.
  • Use customer insight, CRM and data to improve acquisition, retention and cross-selling.
  • Oversee pricing, commercial performance and profitability.
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to shape future strategy.
