Role Overview
We are recruiting a Marketing and Communications Executive with proven B2B experience, ideally within a membership/client service‑led organisation such as a trade association, to effectively coordinate and lead the communications and marketing programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand guidelines and communications strategy.
- Oversee website content and manage external media relations.
- Lead social media strategy, create graphics, and support email marketing templates.
- Plan, coordinate and promote shows, conferences and events.
- Analyse performance data, track marketing campaigns and provide insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in B2B communications and marketing.
- BA degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, linguistics, English or similar.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience creating graphics for social media and mailer templates (advantage).
- Strong editing, copywriting and proofreading skills.
- Confident and motivated to work independently and under pressure.
- In‑depth understanding of social media platforms and tools.
- Strong organisational, planning and project management skills.
- Data analytical skills and budget management skills.
- Proficient in IT with Microsoft Office, CRM, website management.
- Knowledge and genuine interest in motorsport or its engineering industry is an advantage.
