- What You’ll Do
- Lead governance frameworks and compliance.
- Support the Chief Executive with strategic governance insight.
- Manage Council, Board and Committee operations.
- Oversee AGM and election processes.
- Develop governance KPIs and reporting systems.
- Drive consistent stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Line manage the Executive Assistant.
- What You’ll Bring
- Experience in governance/elections within a membership organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, planning and organisational ability.
- Confidence with reports, minutes and numerical data.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
