We are working with a leading international trade association to recruit an experienced

Global Talent Manager to lead the delivery of an exciting global talent attraction initiative.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape an industry-wide campaign that will inspire future professionals, strengthen employer engagement and establish a thriving international early careers network.

This is a hands‑on project role where you'll combine strategic thinking with practical delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders, communications specialists, external agencies, members, universities and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a global talent attraction and employer branding campaign.
  • Develop and implement a practical campaign plan with clear objectives, milestones and measures of success.
  • Work closely with the communications team to coordinate external marketing and creative agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with member organisations, universities, colleges and industry partners to increase engagement.
  • Develop partnerships that raise awareness of careers across the sector.
  • Establish and launch a global Next Generation Network, creating the foundations for a sustainable early careers community.
  • Create engaging initiatives, events and content that inspire, connect and support future industry professionals.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and feedback.
  • Deliver the project at pace, ensuring key milestones are achieved within the assignment.

About you

You'll be an experienced project professional with a track record of delivering successful talent attraction, employer branding or workforce development initiatives.

You'll bring

  • Experience leading talent attraction, employer branding or early careers campaigns.
  • Strong project management and delivery skills.
  • Experience building partnerships with education providers, employers or industry bodies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical, hands‑on delivery.
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working within a membership organisation, trade association, professional body or similarly stakeholder‑rich environment would be advantageous.
