Our client is looking for a senior finance leader to join a national membership body. A strong fit for a qualified accountant with broad corporate services oversight and confidence operating at Board level.

Key Focus Areas
  • Financial Leadership: Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit across the group. Ensure financial sustainability, commercial discipline and effective revenue monitoring. Oversee investments, reserves strategy, risk management, KPIs and management information. Maintain compliant, efficient company structures, contracts and financial controls.
  • Operations & Corporate Strategy: Drive operational planning and cross‑directorate coordination. Support strategic planning and new business initiatives. Lead organisational performance, cultural change and stakeholder engagement. Ensure robust due diligence and compliance across all trading activities.
  • Corporate Services Oversight: Oversee HR, EDI, governance, membership support, business continuity and property strategy. Act as Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance. Lead contract management, supplier performance and service delivery.
Ideal Background
  • Fully qualified accountant with strong commercial and strategic acumen.
  • Proven experience leading finance and corporate services in a similar‑sized organisation.
  • Confident operating at Board level and influencing senior stakeholders.
