A prestigious leading barristers’ chambers is seeking a talented Digital and Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team to work from office 4 days a week and 1 day from home.

Working closely with senior stakeholders and members, you'll create engaging digital content, raise professional profiles, manage communications across multiple channels, and support high-impact marketing and business development initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in professional services, membership organisations, legal, regulatory, or reputation-led environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing & Content
    • Create and manage content across website, social media, email, and digital channels.
    • Maintain the marketing and communications calendar.
    • Produce news, thought leadership, member updates, and campaign content.
    • Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Profile Raising & Stakeholder Support
    • Manage member profiles across websites, directories, and external platforms.
    • Coordinate submissions to industry and professional rankings.
    • Support publication of articles, insights, and specialist content.
    • Advise stakeholders on effective use of social media and digital communications.
  • Brand & Marketing Support
    • Design marketing collateral and digital assets.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
    • Support campaigns, events, and business development activity.
    • Manage external suppliers and contribute to wider organisational initiatives.
Essential
  • At least 3 years' marketing experience with a strong digital focus.
  • Excellent content creation, copywriting, and editing skills.
  • Experience managing websites, social media, and digital communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior professionals.
  • Experience within professional services, membership, legal, or B2B environments.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
  • Design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Desirable
  • Legal, chambers, membership body, or directory experience.
  • Video editing and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital performance reporting.
