A leading not-for-profit trade body in the financial services sector is seeking a Policy Manager to join their Regulation function, supporting members across key areas of financial regulation.
If you have practical policy experience in financial crime, conduct risk or compliance risk—ideally gained within a trade body, regulator, financial services firm, civil service or HM Treasury—we would be keen to hear from you. We recognise that candidates may not have experience across all areas and welcome expertise in at least one specialism.
The Role of Senior Policy Executive
The Senior Policy Advisor will represent the interests of members to external stakeholders and help establish and maintain a favourable operating environment. The role supports the Head of Regulation and provides advice, guidance and policy development across key areas including:
- Financial crime (including fraud, AML, and broader financial crime policy)
- Conduct risk and consumer protection
- Compliance and FCA Handbook requirements
- Senior Managers
