We’re recruiting an experienced senior marketing executive to drive a major website redevelopment project while delivering integrated marketing that boosts member recruitment, retention, engagement, and brand visibility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading our website development and optimisation projects from end to end (ESSENTIAL).
  • Developing and delivering a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned to organisational goals.
  • Managing a Marketing Executive and working collaboratively with Membership, Events, Communications, and senior stakeholders.
  • Creating targeted digital, print, and social campaigns for events, training, services, sponsorship, and membership growth.
  • Ensuring strong brand identity and high-quality design across all marketing outputs.
  • Using insight, CRM, and analytics tools to segment audiences and track performance.
  • Managing budgets, reporting impact, and introducing innovation and new media approaches.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Senior Marketing Executive with essential website development experience (project leadership, scoping, agency management, UX understanding).
  • Strong background in membership marketing (membership body, trade association, professional body, NFP, charity, corporate, or B2B).
  • Confident team leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Skilled across digital channels, CRM, automation, and campaign analytics.
  • Strategic, creative, collaborative, and motivated to elevate a growing organisation.
