Our client, a rapidly expanding international residential letting company with an innovative portfolio of modern cohabiting spaces, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Experience Manager with a strong customer-service mindset. This is a hands-on, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining exceptional property standards. The ideal candidate will bring experience from Private Members’ Clubs, Hotels, Hospitality, or high-end residential environments and will be confident managing both technical maintenance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site problem-solving across multiple residential properties.
  • Manage procurement of parts, equipment, and external services.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and ensure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Uphold high-quality standards across all properties and support operational continuity.
