Our client is a long-standing, purpose-led membership organisation supporting people with lifestyle and travel-related services. They are now looking to appoint an Insurance Product Executive to join their growing team.
Overview
This role sits within the Insurance & Financial Services function and focuses on the development, improvement and oversight of a range of member-facing insurance products. From travel and health cover to caravanning and ferry insurance, you will act as the internal expert—balancing technical accuracy with empathy for member needs.
Working across departments, you will ensure insurance products meet regulatory requirements, respond to real member feedback, and stand up well against competitors. You will also help support call centre queries (around 20% of your time), assist with claims insight, and keep documentation clear and compliant.
Essential Criteria
- Strong understanding of insurance products—ideally travel, health or niche cover
- Experience supporting regulated products (FCA knowledge a plus)
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing claims data, trends and feedback
- Empathy-led, member-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-driven, organised and confident using tools like Google Workspace
- Experience in product support, technical customer service, or a similar role
