An influential, not-for-profit membership organisation at the heart of UK cross-sector collaboration is seeking a Director of Corporate Services to join its Executive Team. This is a key leadership role overseeing Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Risk and Governance, supporting an ambitious strategy to 2029. You’ll shape organisational development, digital enablement and cultural change in a collaborative, values-driven environment where every voice matters.

What you’ll lead:- Organisational development and change programmes that empower teams
- Digital transformation, workflow redesign and AI-readiness with a people-first approach
- Charity governance, risk, compliance and board reporting
- Financial planning, forecasting and value-for-money stewardship
- Culture, wellbeing and cross-organisation effectiveness
- A multi-disciplinary Corporate Services team and outsourced partners
- Senior leadership experience across Corporate Services, Finance, HR, Operations or Governance
- Experience leading organisational or digital change in a charity or membership environment
- Strong understanding of charity governance and board-level reporting
- Financial and risk management capability
- Inclusive leadership style, with the emotional intelligence to support colleagues through change
- Confident communicator able to build trust with CEOs, Boards and senior stakeholders
- Desirable: familiarity with AI/automation tools, CRM optimisation, or cross-sector/public sector environments.
