The Role
- Build and deliver a next-generation careers and talent programme
- Create pathways connecting young people, education and industry
- Develop careers, skills, outreach and engagement initiatives
- Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, employers and industry bodies
- Develop programmes including events, mentoring, networking, careers content and campaigns
- Create and grow a community of young and early-career professionals
- Bring employers and partners together around future skills and workforce needs
- Manage the programme from strategy and planning through to hands‑on delivery
