Membership Development Executive

Leading Financial Services Membership Organisation

Hybrid working: 2.5 days in City of London office, 2.5 days from home

Salary: up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits including Private Healthcare, Dental and Optical Insurance, Pension, Life Assurance, Income Protection, 25 days’ holiday, Professional Development and Perkbox

An exciting opportunity for a motivated Membership Development Executiveto join a highly respected membership organisation representing the UK’s financial and professional services sector.

If you are a membership professional and an effective writer with experience of recruitment, retention, renewals, engagement, development, journeys, member value propositions, member benefits working in a trade association, professional body, not for profit, membership body, charity, subscription, financial services or similar we would love to hear from you.

You will support the organisation’s growth by identifying and qualifying new business leads, preparing engaging communications, and securing meetings with senior decision-makers. Working closely with the Commercial Director and Account Manager, you will research target organisations, draft persuasive outreach materials, and help manage a dynamic membership pipeline.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in business development or lead generation, ideally within a membership or professional environment

Is an excellent writer and communicator, confident engaging with senior stakeholders

Is organised, proactive, and comfortable using CRM systems

Brings energy, initiative, and a genuine interest in financial and professional services
