Membership Administrator
Membership Body – Environment & Energy Sector
Temporary Contract | ASAP Start | Central London (Hybrid)
£16.48 – £19.23 per hour
Our client, a membership organisation is currently recruiting for a confident and highly organised administrator on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
With over 350 corporate members contributing £500,000+ in annual fees, their membership renewals period is one of the most important times of the year (starting 1st October), and you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and professional experience for all members.
About the role
As a Membership Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the entire renewals process, ensuring every communication, invoice, and enquiry is handled with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end membership renewals process
- Work to a strict communication schedule – ensuring members are informed, engaged, and supported
- Coordinate the invoicing process for all member companies
- Monitor and respond to inbound enquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met and the process runs smoothly
- Track responses and follow-ups to ensure a smooth renewal journey
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records
About You:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple workstreams with ease
- Experience managing membership or customer journeys
- Comfortable working to deadlines and managing time-sensitive communications
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Able to hit the ground running and work with minimal supervision
- Experience using CRM systems
