A well-established and highly respected professional membership organisation is seeking a Membership Advisor to join their collaborative and fast-paced membership team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused membership professional who enjoys delivering high-quality service while managing end-to-end membership processes in a structured and detail-oriented environment.
The Role
Working as part of a dedicated Membership Team, you will support the full membership lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to joining, renewal, and progression. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional experience for members and prospective members alike.
Key responsibilities include:
- Administering the full membership journey, including applications, renewals, reinstatements, and upgrades
- Processing membership applications and ensuring eligibility criteria are met
- Supporting annual renewals and driving member retention through proactive engagement
- Managing and updating membership data via CRM (Dynamics)
- Handling member enquiries via phone and email, delivering a high standard of customer service
- Advising on membership routes, application processes, and fee options
- Supporting financial processes including payment handling and reconciliation
- Contributing to continuous improvement of membership processes and policies
About You
You will be an organised and personable individual with a strong customer service ethos and excellent attention to detail.
We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
- Experience working in a busy, fast-paced administrative or membership environment
- Strong CRM experience and confidence managing data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
