About the Company

Our client, a Membership Organisation, is seeking an Interim Marketing Automation Specialist.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in setting up automated communications within a new Dynamics CRM.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, executing, and managing marketing automation tools.
  • Supporting automation strategy in collaboration with the membership team.
  • Developing customer journeys that trigger tasks based on user behavior.
  • Creating templates in Document Core Pack for automated workflows.
  • Curating onboarding content and segmented communications for members.
  • Reviewing communications for membership renewals and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing or a related field.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing automation.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience of working for a membership organisation.

Pay range and compensation package: £300-£500 per day depending on experience.
