Remote working with travel to events (UK) We’re looking for an Events Content & Production Manager to shape engaging, high‑quality conferences and flagship events for a professional membership audience.

What you’ll be doing Designing end‑to‑end event programmes across in‑person and virtual formats.
Building a pipeline of content ideas through research, member insight and policy collaboration.
Recruiting, briefing and supporting speakers - from contracting to rehearsals and on‑the‑day delivery.
Leading production elements including AV scoping, show flows, stage directions and tech checks.
Working closely with marketing to shape value propositions and event messaging.
Identifying sponsorable content moments with business development while maintaining editorial integrity.
Using feedback and data to refine content and improve delegate experience.
What you’ll bring Experience producing multi‑session conferences or events.
Strong editorial judgement and confidence designing varied formats (keynotes, debates, roundtables, masterclasses).
Practical understanding of AV/technical production.
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
A commitment to accessibility, inclusive design and diverse representation.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple deadlines.
