A well-established and highly reputable business membership organisation based in Central London is currently looking for a Training Coordinator. The purpose is to research, prepare and produce professional e-learning training programmes for members of the insolvency and restructuring profession. We are looking for a creative, technically confident learning content producer to work with the Training Manager and course directors to produce engaging digital learning content across the organisation.
This is a hands-on production role, with a significant proportion of time focused on filming, editing and post-production. You will work closely with our Technical and Development Committee members, subject matter experts and business teams to turn learning needs into high-quality video and e-learning content that is clear, engaging and effective.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Digital learning and e-learning
- Design and build interactive e-learning using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
- Adapt existing learning materials into engaging digital formats.
- Ensure content aligns with adult learning principles and accessibility best practice.
- Design and edit PowerPoints, using company format and branding.
- Video and multimedia production
- Film, edit and produce professional-quality training videos and digital learning assets.
- Manage the full production lifecycle: scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, captioning and final delivery.
- Apply brand, accessibility and quality standards across all content.
- LMS, CRM and systems
- Upload, manage and maintain learning content within the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS).
- Work with a CRM system to manage all aspects of delegate bookings, support learning communications, learner journeys and reporting or stakeholder engagement.
- Make bookings, create invoices and manage email queries with regards to course bookings and webinars.
- Maintain accurate records, content version control and reporting data across systems.
Essential
- Proven experience in video filming and editing.
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Lightworks, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia or similar).
- Experience creating e-learning using Articulate 360.
- Experience working with an LMS and digital learning platforms like Absorb.
- Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI.
- Confidence working with a CRM system (e.g. for communications, reporting or learner data).
- Experience producing learning or instructional content.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (captions, inclusive design).
- Basic graphic design or motion graphics skills.
- Experience capturing and editing high-quality photographs for digital or learning content.
- Experience working with volunteer committees.
