We are recruiting on behalf of a leading membership organisation for an experienced Director of Member Relations to cover a 9–12 month maternity leave. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving member engagement, retention and strategic relationship management across a high‐profile financial services membership base.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and developing the Member Relations team
- Driving retention and growth across major financial services members
- Owning the Relationship Management strategy and approach
- Providing insight, analysis and reporting to senior leadership
- Overseeing membership renewals and member satisfaction initiatives

- Experience within a financial services membership organisation is essential
