Role Overview: A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners.
  • Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results.
  • Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals.
  • Assist in organising professional development events.
  • Prepare reports on exam processes and results.
  • Continuously improve internal processes and services.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs including English and Maths
  • Relevant business or IT qualification preferred.
