- LMS, CRM and systems: Upload, manage and maintain learning content within the Absorb Learning Management System (LMS). Work with a CRM system to manage all aspects of delegate bookings, support learning communications, learner journeys and reporting or stakeholder engagement. Make bookings, create invoices and manage email queries with regards to course bookings and webinars. Maintain accurate records, content version control and reporting data across systems.
