My client a leading UK professional membership body based in London and Manchester is currently recruiting for a Head of Brand and Content.
The Role of Head of Brand and Content
Brand Strategy:
- Own the evolution of brand and sub brand identities, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and differentiate from competitors.
- Partner with retention, acquisition and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Create strategic propositions to deliver the content strategy, considering audience and NRLA products and market.
- Lead design team and oversee content creation to produce engaging content that is fit for channel use, aligns to our brand’s voice and meets business goals.
Activity Planning:
- Own the activity plan, governance and end to end process across the business.
- Facilitate campaign prioritisation, propositions, and product / service / partner feature.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align content efforts with business objectives and campaigns.
Person Specification
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or a similar field.
- Leadership experience (e.g., managing teams, departments, or cross-functional initiatives).
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling brands, including brand positioning and storytelling.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across various channels (e.g., social media, websites, email marketing, and more).
