Our client, a well-established membership organisation, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their team and work closely with the Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organisation while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales ledger, including invoicing and allocation
  • Perform bank reconciliations with precision and timeliness
  • Support with CRM system updates and integration with finance processes
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a finance assistant or similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience in a membership organisation is desirable
