Are you a commercially minded sales and marketing professional who enjoys building relationships, creating compelling campaigns, and driving event revenue? We're looking for a Delegate Sales & Marketing Executive to join a leading membership organisation at the heart of one of the UK's most influential business sectors. This is a varied role where you'll combine delegate sales, marketing campaign management, CRM data analysis, copywriting, and stakeholder engagement to deliver a high-profile programme of industry events.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing delegate sales and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of commercial events
  • Creating engaging email campaigns and promotional content that drive registrations and revenue
  • Managing CRM data, target lists, pipelines, and event bookings
  • Building relationships with senior industry professionals and key stakeholders
  • Generating sales through email, telephone, virtual meetings, and face-to-face engagement
  • Analysing campaign performance, sales trends, and attendee feedback to optimise results
  • Working closely with Events, Membership, and Marketing teams to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Representing the organisation at industry events and networking functions

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years' experience in sales, marketing, delegate acquisition, events, membership, or a related commercial role
  • Proven ability to drive revenue through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • A proactive, commercial mindset with a genuine desire to achieve results
